Nose surgeries can be done for cosmetic reasons or to restore nose function. Rhinoplasty can be used to change the shape and size of the nose, as well as to reduce the tip or wings of the nose and remove the nasal hump. It can also be combined with septoplasty to correct the nasal septum.
